the Sun Crest Peach is what made the Masumoto Farm famous! David "Mas" Masumoto's first book, "Epitaph for a Peach" is an amazing tale of the way this peaches history, the family's history and its development as one of the states leaders in organic agriculture. Now in its 4th generation as his daughter, Nikiko is taking over the farm and continuing to produce some of the greatest peaches and nectarines.

An incredible summer treat. An Andalusion class, Ajo Blanco (White garlic soup) is almond and bread based, flavored with sherry vinegar. Garnished with peaches, radish sprouts and olive oil, Very refreshing.
