Cold handmade noodles with sesame sauce

A personal fave of mine! We will learn to make handmade noodles and then make cold noodles with sesame sauce
Garlic Eggplant

Another personal fave. Fried eggplant then stir fried in a spicy garlic sauce
Liangban (cold) Tofu
Cold, silken tofu (made locally) in a spicy sauce. Another dish that will cool you down after 1 bite
Dry Fried Green Beans
A wonderful side dish! Green beans stir fried with garlic, ginger, fermented black beans and more
Cold Skin Noodles

Mung bean noodles, served cold with black vinegar and soy sauce
