Yes, another marijuana pairing menu! This time with a Jewish theme as we light up the candles and the vaporizors on the first day of Chanukah. Remember when the Macabbees returned to the temple and only found one bud remaining? And they filled the bong and that one bud lasted for 8 days, keeping the Israelites well baked. Grower extraordinaire, Joseph Snow provides flowers from Snowtill Gardens, grower of the finest herb in an organic no till setting. Ganja and latkes and more on the menu

Menu detail

Latkes, applesauce and strawberry banana
Small Plate
The most traditional part of chanukah besides lighting the candles is frying the latkes (yiddish for potato pancakes). Served with a yuzu applesauce, giving it some Japanese flavors and paired with Joseph's strawberry banana, a nice fruity flavored varietal
Borscht and Sour Patch Kids
Small Plate
Borscht is a long time favorite soup of mine; served iced cold in the summer and piping hot in the winter. A gorgeous purple puree of beets, celery root and parsnip garnished with dill pesto and horseradish cashew cream. Sour Patch kids is a sweet and pungent varietal with a great buzz.
Golumpke, brisket and OGmatic
Some classic Jewish holiday dishes from my family tradition that i have veganized over the years. Golumpke are stuffed cabbage rolls; stuffed with bean-mushroom-nut balls and baked in tomato sauce. Brisket will be made from jackfruit. Sides will include homemade pickles, homemade rye bread and lots more.
Brownie Sundaes and Forbidden Fruit
Double fudge brownies topped with 2 of our cashew based ice creams: Yuzu chocolate ice cream and cranberry yuzu. Garnished with poached pears and maple walnuts Served with a tasty and strong varietal forbidden fruit to end the evening.
