Join us for another hands on cooking class, learning how to make your own ramen noodles, soup and several toppings. This month we are making a cashew creamy shoyu ramen bowl topped with tofu char siu, stir fried greens, braised enoki and pickled sprouts.

Ramen Noodles
Learn to mix, knead, shape and cut ramen.

tofu char siu will be one of the toppings
Stir fried greens
Small Plate
some seasonal greens (choy sum, gai choy, or whatever looks best at market, that morning) blanched and stir fried with shaoshing and soy sauce for another topping
braised enoki

braised enoki mushrooms for another topping
pickled sprouts
Small Plate
some spicy pickled sprouts will be the last topping
creamy shioyu broth
The soup for this ramen will be flavored with cashew cream and shoyu
