Come and join us for a hands on cooking class, featuring several amazing dishes from the wonderful culinary traditions of Thailand. Smash up some spices in a mortar and pestle, braise, stir fry and more in this fun and awesome class. And at the end, we eat a feast of our creations!

Lemongrass Tofu
Tofu is deep fried and then stir fried with peas, sprouts and a tangy, spicy lemongrass sauce.
Green Papaya Salad
Small Plate
A classic appetizer. Raw papaya is grated with carrots, ginger, garlic, chili, tamarind, lime and herbs.
Red Curry Paste and Red Curry
Have you ever pounded out a curry paste in a mortar and pestle? It is way fun and gratifying and the aromas and flavors will make this a habit in your kitchen. We will make the paste and then toss it into a pot with coconut milk, soy sauce, palm sugar, long beans, eggplant and tofu.
Lettuce wraps with rice noodles

A nice spring dish as peas, wood ears are stir fried with fresh rice noodles, herbs and lime and then wrapped in lettuce leaves.
Spring Rolls with peanut sauce

Another classic spring dish. Rice noodles, tofu and herbs in a bean paper wrap with a spicy peanut sauce dressing.
