A hands on class learning to prepare some amazing dishes from the Cantonese and Sichuan traditions. Small class where you will be creating all the dishes along with the others and then sit down afterwards and enjoy a small feast of these dishes

A deceptively simple dish in that this is simply braised tofu. But what goes in the braising mix is what makes this such a wonderful and awesome dish
Steamed eggplant with sesame sauce

Dry Fried Green Beans

a classic summer dish of green beans, blanched and then stir fried with garlic, ginger, fermented vegetable and more
Ong Choy with garlic

Ong Choy or morning glory leaves or water spinach (it has several names) stir fried with garlic and fermented bean curd
