Ma Po Tofu
So many people tell me the ma po tofu here is the best they have ever tasted outside of Sichuan Province. It is one of my personal fave dishes to eat and i do make it regularly for myself and for clients.
Kung pao cauliflower

Cauliflower is battered and fried and served with a spicy peanutty tangy sauce
Orange Sauce Tofu
A wonderful winter dish with fresh citrus grown nearby. Fried tofu with a tangy, slighly spicy orange sauce.
