A family style feast of Jamaican Ital food. Ital food is the vegan cuisine of Rastafarians, one of the world's oldest and most unique approaches to vegan food.

Pumpkin, lima beans, and yucca simmered in coconut milk with allspice, chili pepper and thyme. A quintessential Ital dish!
