Learn to make your own ramen noodles, broth and toppings in this fun, hands on class. Limited space for 6 people. You will be kneading dough, rolling out noodles, making stock and some flavorful toppings to create and amazing bowl of soup.

Learn what makes ramen different from other noodles and then make your own dough and cut them to shape.

We will make a creamy broth with a savory stock made from a variety of veggies, herbs and spices and then we will add nuts to the stock, puree it for a nice creamy finish.
