In this hands on class we will be learning how to make bagels at home. Learn how to shape, boil, top and bake bagels. And of course we will make a couple of "schmears" to top the bagels with!
One of the world's great and unique breads! We will learn the difference between a great bagel and a mediocre one. You will be creating your own dough that you can take home to make more at home.
