Another one of our annual menus featuring the extraordinary heirloom peaches from my friends, the Masumoto Family Farm. David "Mas" Masumoto is a pioneer in California organic agriculture and has passed the farm on to his daughter, Nikiko, now the 4th generation of the family to run this farm on the same land in the Valley, near Fresno. There will be 3 savory courses, then a solo performance by saxophone player, Howard Wiley, who has performed worldwide and is an integral member of the bay area jazz scene. Following the concert will be dessert. Peaches will be involved in each course.

Corn Soup
A Trini style soup of pureed yellow peas and chickpeas, spices, and corn, served with a smoked peach hot sauce made with peaches smoked over allspice wood.
Pholouries with peach chutney.
Pholouries are a dal donut, a Trinidad street food. Served up with a peach chutney.
