Silken Tofu, peanuts, scallions, cilantro and sprouts with a spicy hoisin sauce

Cold Noodles with Sesame Sauce
Homemade ramen noodles, rolled out in front of you, dropped into the boiling water and then chilled and tossed with sesame sauce and cucumbers. One of my personal favorite summertime dishes!
