In this hands on class, limited now only for 5, we will learn a handful of dishes from various regions in China. We will be using stir frying, deep frying, steaming, and many more culinary techniques in this fun class and then sit down and enjoy all our creations.

Egg Rolls
Despite the name, there is no egg in this dish. We will will stir fry cabbage, carrot and wood ear mushroom, then roll it up in a pasta sheet and then deep fry them. We will make a mustard to go with them.
Hot and Sour Soup

A winter classic! Hot and sour soup, hearty, filled with a variety of fresh and dried vegetables and mushrooms.
Kung Pao Tofu
Many people love this dish in particular! A tangy, spicy sichuan classic. Tofu is deep fried and then stir fried with diced vegetables and peanuts with a thick, tangy sauce.
A Choy with Garlic and Fermented Tofu
Small Plate
A Taiwanese dish: A choy (sometimes called celtuce or Taiwan Lettuce) is stir fried with a lot of garlic and fermented tofu for an amazing side dish.
