Hands on class, exploring the wonderful cuisine of Thailand! We will be stir frying, sauteeting, steaming, blanching, deep frying, pounding out pastes in a mortar and pestle and lots more fun!

Yam Sam Sar (Rice Noodle salad)

Rice noodles with cashews, tofu and a lime chili sauce
Phak Muan (Cabbage Rolls)
Small Plate
Cabage leaves stuffed with stir fried mushrooms, bean thread, sprouts, tofu and other vegetables with a sweet soy sauce
Radish cake
Small Plate
a dleightful small plate or snack. Grated daikon with rice flour is used to create these delightful cakes!
Pumpkin Mussaman curry
We will pound out a mussaman curry paste in a mortar and pestle. Then cook the paste with coconut milk, add tempeh, potato and peas for a spicy, sweet, heavenly fall and winter dish
Stir Fried Long beans
Small Plate
Chinese long beans will be blanched and then stir friend with ginger, garlic and fermented bean curd
