Learn to turn flour, water and salt into delightful pasta! We will be kneading dough, shaping dough, cutting dough, filling dough, boiling dough, saucing it and eating it. Spaghetti, fettucini, and ravioli in the house! We will make 3 shapes of pasta with 3 sauces and one simple nut cheese.

Fettucini Alfredo
We will make a cashew based alfredo sauce to serve over fresh fettucini.
Ravioli with almond ricotta and pesto
Small Plate
We will take some of the dough we make, roll it out, fill it with some homemade almond ricotta that we will make and then shape it. A nice basil pesto to top it off
Spaghetti with mushrooms
Some of the dough will be cut into spaghetti and we will make a nice mushroom sauce to top it.
