This incredible dish is one of the spiciest dishes in the world! We will make a very rich broth and add some homemade chili oil, chili paste, dried chilis and a lot of spices to create a wide depth of flavor. Into this spicy alchemy will go tofu, fried tofu, flat tofu noodles, and a variety of winter vegetables.
