An amazing dish with many steps!
Doubles are a fried bread with a chickpea curry and tamarind chutney and cilantro chutney.
We will be making the bread (barra) as well as the Chana (chickpeas) and the chutneys.
Pigeon Pea Rice

A great side dish, easy to make in a pot or a rice cooker. Rice with pigeon peas (toovar dal) and a variety of spices and herbs

My personal favorite every day drink! Hibiscus, allspice, cloves, cinnamon, vanilla and ginger are steeped together.
