Doing things a little different for this one. Instead of individual fancy plates, we will be passing around a lot of different platters. The wok will be actively producing many dishes and sending them out to the table, one after the other. A feast of Thai food, spicy, pungent, aromatic foods, featuring local winter produce and an abundance of herbs and spices. And then dessert sundaes will be plated!

Pumpkin curry
A rich spicy homemade panang curry paste with coconut milk with pumpkin, peanuts, potato and freshly made tempeh by our friends at rhizocali tempeh.
tamarind tempeh
Freshly made tempeh, from a few blocks away at our friends, Rhizocali will be fried to a crisp and then stir fried with a spicy tangy tamarind sauce
Gai Lan with black bean sauce

A wonderful side dish of gai lan (chinese broccoli) with a black bean sauce
Green Papaya Salad

A classic dish from Southeast Asia. Green papaya shredded with cilantro, peanuts, garlic, ginger, chili and lime
Tofu-Mushroom Larb

A personal favorite salad of mine and one i have been cooking for years. Shitake, wood ear mushooms and tofu wiill be tossed with mint, basil, thai basil, cilantro, lime and more.
Curry rice noodles
Freshly made rice noodles from a local shop will be stir fried with sprouts, carrots and greens with one of our own handmade curry powders.
