Ma Po Tofu
A spicy tofu lovers dish. Soft tofu is braised in an amazing sauce made from chili, garlic, ginger, chili paste, shaoshing and more. So incredibly flavorful with wonderful textures.
Gai lan with garlic sauce

Gai Lan (chinese broccoli) will be blanched and then topped with a garlic brown sauce
Hot and Sour Soup
Tangy and HOT! A flavorful broth with shitake, wood ear, tofu, broccoli stems and more. Hearty, flavorful and easy to make.
Homemade noodles with scallion oil
Small Plate
We will make some homemade noodle dough and a wonderful scallion-peppercorn oil. Fresh noodles, served simply to highlight their special texture.

Something cool and refreshing to counter the spicy dishes. Daikon is also very healthy to go with fried foods as it helps dissolve fats!
