Asparagus pakoras with tamarind sauce
Pakoras are an Indian snack food. Vegetables are coated in a batter made from chickpea flour and spices, deep fried and served with a tangy tamarind chutney
Asparagus with black bean sauce
Tofu and asparagus in a Cantonese style black bean sauce. Garlicky and very savory!
shaved asparagus salad

A very simple, elegant dish. Shaved asparagus will be shaved and tossed with seaweed, and a ponzu style dressing.
Tempeh and Asparagus Larb

a Thai style salad with an abundance of flavors! Tempeh will be deep fried. Then stir fried with asparagus, lemongrass, ginger, garlic, chilis and tossed with herbs, lime and rice powder.
Baked Asparagus and Shitake
