Ital cuisine! The vegan/vegetarian cuisine of Jamaica is one of the worlds most colorful and flavorful ones. Come enjoy this hands on cooking class making a handful of tasty dishes.

Black eyed pea fritters with pineapple salsa

A Jamaican version of falafel. Raw black eyed peas with peanuts and many spices are combined and fried till crisp. We will make a pineapple chutney to accompany!

Coconut milk with stock flavored with allspice, thyme and chili. Some wonderful root vegetables and greens will simmer in this incredible broth for a creamy, tasty treat

All the wonderful sauces for this meal require a rice dish. We will cook brown basmati rice with beans, herbs and spices.
