Sichuan food is one of my favorites! Bold, strong, powerful flavors: garlic, chili, peppercorns, star anise and more wonderful flavors. In this hands on cooking class you will be prepping, stir frying, blanching, deep frying, baking and more!

one of the integral dishes in sichuan food, soft tofu is simmered in a very spicy broth.

Firm tofu, fried to a crisp and then stir fried with garlic, chilis and flavored with salt, sichuan pepper, white pepper and 5 spice powder. A unique and wonderful appetizer!
