Our second menu of the season, featuring and celebrating the harvest of our friends at the famous Masumoto Family Farm. Perhaps you have not tried their fruit but have read their books or seen their videos or documentaries about this incredible family of intellectual farmer/artists in the valley; pioneers in organic agriculture. This 4th generation Japanese American farm should be considered a living national treasure. For this menu, a 5 course Japanese inspired menu with Rose Diamond nectarine

Making ramen noodles has become a very common thing in the kitchen this past year! This time we are serving cold noodles with a spicy peach sauce.
Peach roasted tempeh
Tempeh made by our friends at Rhizocali, a few blocks away will be smoked over cherry wood and then marinated and roasted with nectarines and peaches. Served over bamboo rice with sides of spicy okra pickles, braised greens, and lots more
