a 5 course peach menu with matching peach cocktails featuring the legendary Suncrest Peach from the Masumoto Family farm. Perhaps the greatest of all heirloom peaches, this is the peach made famous in Mas's first book, "epitaph for a peach". Matching cocktails by my friend, Josh Hyman, formerly the lead bartender at Millenium. Nice to get him out of mixology retirement for this very fun menu we have planned together! Ages 21 and over, only for this evening.

Roasted peach, homemade tofu, lotus chips, seaweed-mizuna salad, pickled cucumbers and daikon -  Peach infused Soju cocktail w/Basil, Vermouth + lemon
Peach gazpacho and Peach Lime Ricky

Peach Gazpacho. Roasted Peaches, peppers and tomatoes pureed with garnishes of peaches, cucumbers, peppers and herbs, served iced - Peach-Lime Rum Ricky (white rum, pureed peach, lime juice, agave, soda water, cherry)
Southern Plate and Peach Tea
Southern fried tempeh; okra corn and tomatoes; black eyed peas, stewed collards, pickled okra; polenta-peach cake, peach barbecue sauce, Peach Tea (Peach + tea infused Vodka or White rum, triple-sec, lemon)
Peaches and Ice cream, Peaches and Cream
Waffle Cones, Peach Rhubarb Ice Cream, Peach Blueberry Ice Cream (cinnamon going in this one), maple spiced pecans, blueberry sauce - Peaches + Cream (Milk punch mix - rum/brandy/dram - with almond milk and peach puree)
