We have prepared a 6 course dinner, Inspired by the winter market produce. I always enjoy eating out during winter time.Champorado, Kaldereta and Puto bumbong are popular classic dishes during this season. Let us bring you to closer to the Filipino culture through our food. Hearty food warms the soul!

Roasted Beet Salad
Appetizer
organic beets are roasted in a coffee-salt crust, served with champorado soil, house made Quesong puti (ricotta), satsuma, baby kale and crispy belt fish.
Chorizo Empanada
Small Plate
rice dough filled with house made chorizo, braised chicories and quail egg. Served with pear and cilantro vinegar.
Short Rib Caldereta
Entree
48 hour slow cook short rib marinated in soy sauce, tomato paste and citron. Served alongside are winter root vegetables such as parsnips, celeriac, heirloom carrots and turnips.
Ube Puto Bumbong
Dessert
yuzu curd, brown sugar crumble and coffee ice cream. this is a classic dessert during the holiday season, steamed inside a bamboo wood.
