Friday evening, I'll be making large 18" pizzas for pick-up / carry-out in Pasadena. Each ticket purchased is good for one full pie.

Classic Cheese Pizza

This large 18" pizza is made from my naturally leavened, 72hr fermented dough. Using only imported Italian cheese, I create a 4 cheese blend to top my fresh tomato sauce. Finished with fresh basil, and cut into big slices.
Hot Honey Pepperoni

Your classic style pepperoni pizza finished with house-made red chili infused honey. Sweet/Spicey/Salty.... enough said.
Vegan Cheese

Homemade vegan "mozzarella" and vegan "parmesan" combine to melt down well and compliment the fresh tomato base with its 72hr fermented dough.

"BBQ" Jackfruit, red onion, cilantro and our homemade cashew mozz, will have you dreaming of summertime.
Mushroom Truffle

Carmelized onions, cherry tomatoes and three types of mushrooms on a classic red pie finished with black truffle olive oil.
