His interpretation of dishes including ropa vieja and Cubano sandwich have received acclaim from Edible Portland, OPB and countless customers in the Portland community. With his Cuba Libre menu chef Jose, classically-trained in Havana, will be offering a bold vision of Cuban cuisine that is seldom seen in Portland.
