Sope, Enchilada Potosina y Sopa Hongo

To start, an assortment of small bites with bold flavors: miniature sope with squash and pumpkin flower, enchilada potosina with chile guajillo served with bean puree and avocado and a sopa hongo with epazote.

Poblano chili stuffed with picadillo, a vibrant mixture of beef, spices, fruit and pine nuts. The dish is topped with a walnut sauce called nogada, and pomegranate seeds.
