Crispy tortilla with pea puree, topped with pea tendril salad and marinated cricket.

Charred catcus salad with tomato, house queso fresco and crabmeat.
Pozole verde con mariscos

Vibrant green pozole broth of poblano and anaheim pepper, cilantro and epazote. Served with Three Sisters Nixtamal white hominy and black bass, prawn and scallops.
Pozole rojo
Entree
Deeply flavored stew of guajillo and chipotle chile, cumin and onion. Served with Three Sisters Nixtamal white hominy, slow cooked pork shoulder and all the fixins: radish, cabbage, lime, tortillas and more.
