From the North to South, East to West, there is a plethora of different dishes and so many kinds of flavors which encompass Indian cuisine. This variety is not showcased in restaurants here; It is these flavors that form the inspiration for my meal!
What you can expect:
Flavors predominantly from Western/Northern regions of India, dishes that I grew up with, devoured on the streets or learnt from family & friends.
