ChefsFeed Experiences cooking classes are a chance to virtually connect with chefs and bartenders, learn simple cooking tricks and tips, and most importantly, support the culinary community through this difficult time. Prior to your class, you will receive an email with a private link to join the livestream on YouTube during the specified day and time. Your host will message it to you so be on the lookout! --- Let's "treat yo' self" with comforting, spicy and super healthy stew that is vegan! I will also provide an option to those that want to add some animal protein to the dish. All the ingredients are basic and the recipe can be easily adapted to use whatever you have, and whatever you prefer to eat! You will feel great after eating this dish, and you should feel even better knowing that all proceeds and donations from this class will go the SF Public Fund which provides nutritious meals to children.

Crispy chickpeas, coconut milk, a blend of aromatic spices and greens--a comforting stew to warm your spirits. Simple ingredients combined in less than hour to make a dish that is both healthy and lets you "treat yo' self!"

Ground pork (or whatever ground meat you have/like), some herbs, an egg (or not), breadcrumbs/flour -- that is all you need to make a hearty addition to the chickpea stew, or enjoy on its own as a snack!
