The dough: flour, yeast, butter--the basics. I will walk you through each step and how to proof it properly. Cardamom--such a fragrant spice. It adds another layer of deliciousness to this pastry. Pear--such a perfect fall fruit! Works so well here. And last but not least, the hazelnut spread. Can sub another nut if you prefer. And if it needs to be left out entirely, I can show you what to do.
