Join us for a 7 day plant based detox that will build your healthy cooking skills and revitalize your body! Imagine easy and amazingly healthy and delicious recipes all week long, all whole food plant based. Brought to you by chef Rachel Carr and raw vegan nutrition and cleanse specialist Kristan Andrews. Our program will incorporate juices and smoothies daily, as well as a wide variety of nutritious foods that will flood your body with immune boosting vitamins, minerals. All recipes are completely whole food plant based, and vegan. We will guide you through this week with: -A detailed recipe packet and shopping list -An in-person virtual prep session at the beginning of the week. -Daily emails with tips, instruction and encouragement -A private member's only group -Email support -A final group Zoom call to recap your week's experience The week will start on Sunday, June 7th with a live prep class and Q&A. The program itself will run from Monday, June 8th to Sunday, June 14th.
