Join chef Rachel Carr for a livestream class exploring the world of plant based PIZZA! We'll be making everything from scratch, from the airy and crisp dough, to the herbed tomato sauce to the pumpkin seed ricotta! I will take you through the entire dough making process-from mixing all the way through proofing, shaping and baking. You will be able to use this dough to make simple foccacia and delicious vegan pizzas. We will also explore a variety of toppings to finish off your pizza to perfection!

Sicilian Style Pizza
Made entirely from plant based ingredients, you will enjoy the fluffy and airy crust with a satisfying crunch. Accompanied by a tangy and garlicky Tomato Basil Sauce, and a simple Pumpkin Seed Ricotta Cheese. Optional toppings include wild mushrooms, herbs, artichoke, fennel and onions.
