In this live streaming class, you'll learn how to plan and prep a week's worth of healthy vegan dinners in about an hour! In the second half of the class I'll show you how to put it all together. I'll teach you how to design a simple, healthy vegan meal plan with minimal recipes and ingredients. We'll be making simple basic meal components that can be mixed and matched to create unique and flavorful dinners! I'll also cover the some tips on how to meal plan and prep efficiently so you can spend less time in the kitchen and maximize the nutrition and flavor of your meals at home. You'll learn how to work efficiently, and what types of foods to have on hand so you can throw together healthy meals all week in a snap! A free guide will be provided the day before the class with the recipes and some worksheets to help you meal plan on your own moving forward. I have provided a link to a shopping list below so you can cook along if you'd like, or you can simply relax and enjoy the class!
