Join us for a unique 4 course feast celebrating this unique South American cuisine, purely plant based. Dishes will feature traditional Peruvian ingredients like lime, chili, potatoes, rice, mango, lucuma and cilantro.

Heirloom corn tamal stuffed with roasted pumpkin. Served with smokey pepper sauce, salsa criolla and Peruvian beans
Torta de Lucuma y Camote
Spiced sweet potato and lucuma cheesecake, served with coconut whipped cream and tropical fruit syrup
