I love to create dishes that celebrate seasonal produce, with clean, bright flavors and healthy cooking techniques. Plant Craft is my pop up series that explores the beauty, bright flavors and organic goodness of plant-based cuisine!

I am a professional vegan chef, having led the kitchens of Cru Restaurant, SunCafe, byChloe, Chavela and the Pizza Plant in LA (all vegan and vegetarian). I also was the chef/owner of Six Main in Connecticut from 2011-2014. I currently own a whole food plant based meal delivery service in St.Louis Mo, called Plant Craft Kitchen.
