Expand your culinary skills with three courses of Thai specialties. From glass noodle salad to fried bananas, you'll learn to make your own Thai meal from scratch to impress your friends and family. This class is held in a 102-year-old converted church choir loft with a bell tower where I grow some of my own Thai spices. If you book a seat, you can let me know if you're vegetarian or have other dietary restrictions. The class will cover: shopping for the best ingredients at SF markets, prepping ingredients for each dish, properly cooking Thai rice and noodles, and using a wok for Thai food. After this class, you'll be ready to whip up your own Thai meal!

Glass Noodle Salad
First Course
Tart and spicy, it's the Thai cousin of papaya salad but made with cool glass noodles, tender shrimp, carrots, yellow onions, oyster mushrooms and cilantro.
Crab Fried Rice
Second Course
Thai fried rice is a meal in itself. Typical fried rice uses chicken, but San Francisco Dungeness Crabs make for a delicious and luxurious alternative that's true to Thai tradition.
Thai Fried Banana with Ice Cream
Third Course
Sweet, refreshing, comforting - there's nothing quite like deep fried morsels of bananas with meltingly nectarous ice cream.
