Ranjan Dey is the man behind New Delhi Restaurant in San Francisco. He started in the food business at the age of 14 in Calcutta as a vegetable cutter. After high school, he graduated from Institute of Catering Technology and Hotel Management. He loves promoting Indian culture and cuisine. New Delhi Restaurant celebrated its 30th anniversary in November 2018. The New York Times voted New Delhi Restaurant as the best Indian Restaurant.
