Chef Raymond started his culinary career when he was in his teens watching and learning from his parents cook . He pursued his culinary dreams and after culinary school, he threw himself in the fire and worked in many of the top restaurants ; Michael Mina, Sushi Ran, Gather, Blowfish and many more... Chef Raymond traveled to Tokyo Japan and worked in an Izakaya restaurant where he sharpened his japanese cuisine.
