It’s time for Happy Hour! I’ll take your home bartending to the next level with balanced and delicious cocktails using ingredients and tools you likely already have at home. In this class we’ll be crafting two cocktails: How Do You Like Them Apples? — an old fashioned under the influence of apple, plum, ginger, and a dash of vinegar; followed by Spice in the Coconut — a tart and creamy cocktail with subtle notes of chili. Both can be tweaked to your spirit of choice, or made alcohol-free.
Come with your questions about all things bar, spirits, and cocktails! You’ll walk away with a deeper understanding of bartending techniques and feeling confident about getting creative with your next cocktail.

ChefsFeed is proud to offer this class in partnership with GGRA x Eat Drink SF, a 10-day celebration of dining, culture, and community in San Francisco! http://eatdrink-sf.com/
