CIY (Craft It Yourself) cocktails that are easy to make, offer tons of flavor nuance and are perfect for the holidays!
This class is designed to guide you in crafting cocktails using ingredients & tools you likely already have at home, or can easily pick up from your local grocery and liquor store. My goal in teaching these classes is for you to walk away with a deeper understanding of bartending techniques & how to make balanced & delicious cocktails in your home.
In this 75 minute engaging class, we will be crafting 2 cocktails, making everything at the same time. In addition to learning how to craft cocktails, I will share cocktail history stories, tips on how to make larger portions of these cocktails for a small gathering, and advice on how to craft other cocktails.
After signing up for the class, you will receive a list of tools & ingredients to gather for use at the start of class. You will also receive a zoom link for the event.

Pretzel Black Manhattan
The Manhattan is often made with whiskey, sweet/rosso vermouth, and angostura bitters.
A Black Manhattan is made with rye, amaro, and angostura bitters.
Amaro most commonly comes from Italy and is enjoyed after a meal. Popular amaro's are easy to find at slightly fancier liquor stores.
For class, we will craft a Black Manhattan with pretzels- creating a salty almost buttery profile.
Jammy Ginger French 75
The French 75 is an endlessly perfect cocktail. Tart, refined and delicious at any time of the day. It is incredible to enjoy with food too!
For this version of the French 75, we will use fresh ginger and fig jam to create a flavor packed sparkling cocktail.
