Hands-on Virtual Cocktail Class - Valentine's Cocoa Cocktails

CIY (Craft It Yourself) cocktails with Rebecca Pinnell, a seasoned mixologist who is passionate about sharing just how approachable cocktail crafting can be. This class is designed to guide you in crafting cocktails using ingredients & tools you likely already have at home, or can easily pick up from your local grocery & liquor store. In the 75 minute engaging class, we will be crafting 2 cocktails, making everything at the same time. In addition to learning how to craft cocktails, Rebecca will share cocktail history stories, advice on how to craft other cocktails, & songs to enjoy while crafting the cocktails. After signing up for the class, you will receive a list of tools & ingredients to gather for use at the start of class. You will also receive a zoom link for the event. Chocolate Graham Cracker Old Fashioned
A classic stirred/strong cocktail gets a cocoa facelift just in time for valentines day! In class, we will make a fast chocolate syrup and will rest alcohol in yogurt to pull some of the creamy fattiness from the yogurt into the alcohol. The cocktail will be enjoyed with a graham cracker and salt rim and can be crafted with bourbon, rye, anejo tequila, aged rum. If you are not a fan of strong cocktails, bring vanilla ice cream to the party! This cocktail is not able to be made without alcohol.
Cold Brew & Spiced Cocoa Martini-
The espresso martini just became more crave-able with addition of ground cinnamon, cocoa powder and vanilla. MMM MMMM MMMMMMMM. In class, we will craft a cocoa and cold brew honey syrup, to be added to milk (any kind) and more cold brew. This cocktail tastes great when made with vodka, rum, tequila, bourbon, or brandy. This cocktail is not able to be made alcohol free.
