Whether you’re hosting Thanksgiving this year or are a guest at someone else’s home, preparing cocktails ahead of the big event is a sure fire way to start the party! In this hands-on virtual class, we will make a special sauce that can be used in several cocktails and can be added to the table for the Thanksgiving feast! Cranberry sauce is a must have on my Thanksgiving table and I want to share my special spiced recipe with you. Don’t like cranberry sauce? Substitute with pineapple instead! You can use this sauce in a sparkling wine cocktail, mix it with ginger beer for a Moscow Mule variation, add some to a margarita, or craft my special Holiday Cosmo! This class will focus on how to prepare cocktails ahead of an event. I will offer you many tips on juicing citrus or which bottled lemon/lime juice to buy, how to make many cocktails at one time, how to store cocktails, and how to make multi layered flavored cocktails that are super easy to craft and will surely impress! You will receive several shopping lists for making four different cocktails and the special cranberry (or pineapple) sauce. You can decide which cocktails you’d like to shop for to make at your Thanksgiving event. There will also be time to craft a cocktail with our special sauce in class. All of the cocktails will be demonstrated and discussed. Pick whichever one you're ready to try during the event!
