4 Marshmallows for Hot Chocolate

Spruce up your hot chocolate marshmallows with wintry designs and holiday flavors like peppermint and s'mores.

Ingredients

  • Penguins:
  • Marshmallows
  • Chocolate chips, melted
  • Candy eyes
  • Pistachios, halved
  • Snowman:
  • Marshmallows
  • Black icing
  • Apricot
  • S'mores:
  • Marshmallows
  • Chocolate chips, melted
  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Candy cane:
  • Marshmallows
  • Chocolate chips, melted
  • Mini candy canes
  • Crushed peppermint candy

Steps

  1. Penguins: Place jumbo marshmallows on skewers. Dip marshmallows into melted chocolate. Use a spoon to help create penguin wings. Add eyes and half a pistachio for the beak. Let chocolate harden at room temperature.
  2. Snowman: Cut marshmallows in half horizontally, dot with black icing for the eyes and mouth. Finish with a piece of apricot for the nose.
