Almond Joy Energy Bites

With these healthy Almond Joy snack bites, you can have your candy bar and eat it guiltlessly too.


  • 2 cups pitted dates
  • 2 cups raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut, plus 1 cup for rolling
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil


  1. Add the dates to the food processor and process until they have broken up and formed a ball.
  2. Add the almonds, cocoa powder, vanilla, 1/2 cup of coconut, coconut oil, and sea salt.
