- 2 medium apples, peeled
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate, broken into pieces
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- Sprinkles for topping
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut each apple into 4 or 5 even slices, about 1/2-inch thick. Using an apple corer, core each slice individually, making a perfect circle in the center of the apple slices.
