Apple Doughnuts

Can a doughnut a day keep the doctor away? Just maybe.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium apples, peeled
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • Sprinkles for topping

Steps

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut each apple into 4 or 5 even slices, about 1/2-inch thick. Using an apple corer, core each slice individually, making a perfect circle in the center of the apple slices.
