Apres Ski Fondue For One
There is no shame in enjoying an entire cheese fondue yourself. In fact, here's how you do it right.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup Gruyere cheese
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 pinch dry mustard
- 1 pinch salt
- Bread, cubed
- Cauliflower, chopped
- Steamed asparagus
- Granny Smith apple, sliced
Steps
- Cut garlic in half and rub the inside of a small oven-proof container. Place in oven at 250 degrees to keep warm.
- Combine Swiss and Gruyere in a medium bowl, add cornstarch and mix.
