Asian Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients
Asian Stuffed Cabbage Rolls
- 16 oz minced pork
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 4 tbsp ginger, grated
- 4 large cloves garlic, grated
- 1 spring onion, greens too, minced
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 8 large napa cabbage leaves
Sauce
- 2/3 cup hoisin
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Serve With
- Jasmine rice
- Pickled vegetables (sliced carrot/radish)
- Spring onions
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Bring a large pan of water to a simmer. Blanch the cabbage leaves for 3 to 4 minutes until soft and pliable, then rinse under cold water, drain and pat dry.
