Bacon and Egg Bowls
The best of breakfast served in a delicious and crispy bread bowl!
- 9 ounces thickly sliced bacon, roughly chopped
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 4 round burger buns or Kaiser rolls
- 1/2 cup Gruyère cheese, grated
- In a pan over medium heat, fry the bacon until crispy.
- Transfer the bacon to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil. Set aside.
